OUR PURPOSE
About Us..
WeAct4Earth is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation that champions public action and community involvement at the intersection of climate change and health justice. Recognising that the vulnerabilities of populations by infectious and non-infectious diseases and other health conditions are deeply connected to climate impacts, we prioritise their voices and leadership. Our work drives equitable, community-led solutions that bridge health and climate challenges, emphasizing justice, inclusion, and sustainability.

Core Capacities
Community Education and Action
We work with communities to encourage sustainable, healthy and resilient lifestyles. Saving water, contributing to decreasing air and water pollution, and promoting sustainable energy will be the areas on which the community will be educated and encouraged to take action. Translating technical knowledge from think tanks on climate change and health for community action is one of our key areas of work.
Community-Led Advocacy & Policy Engagement
We engage deeply with marginalised populations to build community-led advocacy that influences local, national, and global policies. Our work ensures that climate and health responses address the unique challenges faced by vulnerable groups. We connect grassroots voices with global commitments like the SDGs and Paris Agreement to advance policies that are inclusive and justice-centered.
Participatory Research & Evidence Generation
We prioritize community-based research that captures the complex intersections of climate change and health inequities. Our evidence products—including reports, briefs, and toolkits—are developed through participatory approaches to ensure they authentically represent community challenges and priorities, strengthening advocacy with robust data.
Strategic Partnerships & Coalition Building
Our strength lies in fostering coalitions between civil society, government entities, and private sectors focused on climate and health justice. We convene multisectoral alliances that promote sustainable, transparent, and accountable action addressing the compounded risks at the heart of disease burdens influenced by climate change.
Youth Empowerment & Leadership
We nurture and mobilize young leaders from affected communities to participate actively in climate-health justice movements. Our inclusive training and mentorship programs build capacity for youth-driven campaigns and policy interventions that reflect the lived realities of marginalized groups at the health-climate nexus.
